I feel this review is:
ICQ 2000b is alot better than ICQ 2000a or any other versions. It is packed with features including E-mail, answering machine and even a phone. The only thing is that the phone isn't FREE and you have to set up an account and pay for it which it stupid. Another feature is the ability to send SMS messages to mobile phone which doesn't work. Too bad otherwise ICQ 2000b would have been excellent. It is easy to get the hang of but gets cluttered with stupid adverts now and again which you have the ability to take off. Sometimes you can't log on and it says to reconnect your ISP connection which is soo annoying. Overall it's better than MSN messager and Yahoo Messenger by far with ICQ 2000b having heaps more features. This is an EXCELLENT Program and recommend it to anyone who likes to have a chat
