ICICI DIRECT has always sucked for some reason or the other ( mainly for their customer service) but recently with the launch of their new website avatar, it tops the list of worst websites and services in the world for me. A trading application is all about fast speed during trading hrs.
However, forget speed, this website, most times, does not even load up - neither the new version nor the old one for the last few weeks. Plus if u call their customer service for a support with a product they do not know stuff and give u wrong information. I ended up losing money because their rep gave me absolutely rubbish and incorrect information on brokerage charges. All this after they call me their premium customer !
What can I say, I am waiting for an opportunity when I can switch my business out of this bank (grrrrr)
