I applied for ICICI online demant A/c in the 2nd week of November 2007, I filled form , gave one cheque of Rs.5000/- for saving A/c openeing. Since then I have not received any intimation of the opning of A/c . I contacted ICICI branch where I gave my application alongwith the cheque. I cocntacted their officer , but only I get one reply. You are not reachable. I have given my Residence no. email ID, Mobile no. Office No. & they have my residnce address & office address. Which is hardly 3 kms away from the branch.
Since last 2 months I am following up with them & still they repeat one sentence " You are not reachable" I wonder person who is personally going to the bank for follow up is answered by the bank that You are not reachable. I hope they will be more concerned about their customers. I am having saving bank A/c , Demat A/c since last 5 years & still they are not bothered with my proble in delay of opening online demat a/c.
