Its down now and I got following messages after login
(12): Site is not available due to some technical reason.
Please contact site administrator
Not sure whom to contact. In fact this is not the first time such incident happened, it happens in regular intervals. If you call their customer care, they would say that please check again, its up. So the customer has no way to bear with burnt of being customer of ICICI direct. Sometimes I think, is it a mistake to be a customer of icici direct? I have never seen any such negligence to customer from any other web sites.
