Really, the service from ICICIDIRECT is not at all satisfactory what is expected from a banking giant. I am currently facing an issue where I am not able to view my equity profile on the site. Also I am not able to SELL or BUY any share through this site. It's giving some error everytime I try to do this. Now as we all know in equity market every second counts, not selling or buying at appropriate time can really lead to huge financial losses, but icicidirect helpdesk doesn't seems to understand this.
First time I got this error, I wrote a mail to them regarding this error, they come up with the reply that they have fixed the issue and now I can access the site. But again I was not able to access the site, I wrote a mail again and again they came up with the reply that now they have fixed the issue. But again I received the same error. It's height of unprofessionalisam.
