Beware of ICICI Direct financial Planning service which is on their ICICIdirect.com.
I had paid Rs. 12000/- almost a year back but still they have not given me my hard copy of plan which planner had confirmed in the meeting. The planner has left ICICIDirect now.Even after paying money for service, I had to run around to get information. I do not know, whether I can make complaint any where else for such a bad service.
Also beware of their agents who can sale the unwanted Insurance product to you.
