I am member of ICICI direct.com from 2005 and trying to use it. Yes "trying" because most of the time my account was deactivated due to unknown reasons and finally I got an email telling that they lost my documents due to flood in mumbai and I have to resubmit them again.
I did it four times and till now my account is not yet activated. every time I visit the icici branch, the contact person will ensure I account will be activated with in 7 working days but it didnt happen any of the four times. And they wont give any acknowledgement for resubmitting the documents. so I dont have any proof of submission. finally I have decided to move out of it.even though I have some 3K worth shares in it..i am okay to loose that money but not my mental peace...
please avoid icici direct. the service and turn around time is worst.
