With my personal experience I would say they are the biggest cheaters in banking system. They sold us a insurance policy telling us wrong benefits and giving us partial information. ICICI is a brand name but they have now started cheating your under their big name, we then boycotted their policy and wrote in written to branch, their regional branch and even their mumbai office but in return nothing was done by them no one replied no one helped us, after that I made call to their all india number but their also they said your rs.50000 has been exhausted now, I would say to everyone that they are biggest cheaters, you not buy any policy from them beacause when you buy they will explain you something else and in reality there will be something else. It is their new way to sell. Be Aware everyone ICICI is not a good bank now, don't trust them.
