I joined in ICICI Prudential and experiencing worst servcie. I missed the payment due to wrong address they entered into their system. When I visited the branch they never cared the mistake they did, more over they charged me all fines missing the due date.
I went upto heigher authority but it was no use. CEO of ICICI Prudential and entry level service people gives the same response. no word changes between all levels. This is totally worst. I don;t recommend if anybody is intrested.
