I have taken ICICI Prudential Insurance policy on 2005. I paid continuously three years premium(10, 000 per year) from 2005 to 2008. Overall paid: Rs 30, 000 to ICICI.
I couldn't able to pay premium due to person reasons after that.
Yesterday I called up customer care and told them that I want to surrender my policy due to person reason. Customer Care told me that the current value of my insurance is: Rs: 47, 000 and they give only 60% of my money(47, 000) which is below than my actual principal paid.
This was never mentioned 2 me before.
I don't know why ICICI doing this to their customers. We are feeling so bad that our hard earned money is cheated by ICICI.
Looking better solution from ICICI. My insurance no: 1488173.
