I have taken this ULIP in 2006 and wanted to withdraw money and applied for redemption on sep 10, 2010 and was intimated I will get my money directly credited to my bank account. After 20 days I have not seen money and complained them reg the same. But I didn't get any money later on also.
I called up the CCE(customer care executive) again and raised a complaint and it was escalated and I was intimated that I will get a call from them within 24 hrs which didn't happen. So I had to call them again and raised an escalation on the escalated one. I got a call on 13th oct saying they will try to deposit money in 48 working hours.Lets see how it goes.
