I hold icici lombard family floater policy since last two years. this policy is provided to me by JIO(jain international organization). and I am very happy with that policy. in just 17000 inr my 6 family members are covered including my father's age of 66 year and mother's age of 60 years. the covered amount is 5 lakhs.
I am very satisfied with the service and process speed of that company. this is very reliable and work with total efficiency. the customer care is working 24 hours to serve their customers and you do not need to wait for talking to customer care executives. the executives are also very well trained and know all the things about the policy and terms. so customer satisfaction is their priority.
all the pre-existing disease are covered from day one in my policy. the ambulance and room allowances are also really very good. and in wide range of network hospital are included in my policy so that I can avail cashless facility in network hospitals. I get 60 day of post-medical expenses is well. so this is the best policy for me at all.
the claim process is also very fast. I made one of my claim of 1 lakh rupees and got credit in my account within 1 month. they do all the process in systemic manner and. you will get all the service hassle free. and the claim process is also very easy.
but I need to courier all my documents to it's haidrabad head office. they should arrange claim process in ahmedabad also. and they should also need to add more network hospital on their list to avail cashless service in many hospitals. knee replacement is covered after one complete year in my policy. they should include it from first day like other disease.
but I will strongly recommend that one to all my jain brothers. this is just the best policy for them.
