I got a call from ICICI Lombard 2 months before, they elaborate the health policy to me and I was also interested at that time in purchasing a policy for my parents. So they told me that once your policy is activated you can also include your parents based on T&C. So I applied instantly for the policy and the first premium got deducted from my account. Now its almost 2 months but I have not got any policy document and Log In credentials, So I mailed the customer care and they replied that there is some problem with my address so courier company was not able to deliver the policy docs at my address(The Professional Couriers)
Then I confirmed them my address two times when they called and they assured that I will get docs in next 5 working days.But now its almost 10 days and nothing happened. I contacted them again and they replied that its in progress. Now am thinking of raising the issue top the higher authorities and will see the result.
