I would like to express my appreciation towards the service that ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company provided me recently. I have had a health mediclaim policy with them for the past two years, but had never made any claims.
Recently I was taken ill with pancreas problem, which not only caused a lot of physical trouble, but also fell expensive on my pocket. I did not opt for cashless payment and filed for a claim to ICICI Lombard on my recovery.
Since I keep all details handy, I contacted the person I had taken the policy from. He was extremely helpful and guided me through the claims process and the necessary documents.Just few days ago I received a cheque of Rs. 37, 000 from the company towards my claims settlement.
