I am currently chasing with icici lombard for Cashless claim of health poilcy(4128I/IH/87225671/02/000) in medanta hospital gurgaon & its like nightmare to me. They will ask those document which you cannot furnish in my case they are asking 7-8 year old discharge summary of appollo hospital which I didn't even claimed from the policy.
if you are age of 70 & seeking cashless/reimbursement for any surgery then they will ask you the first surgery document which you will definitely not having that point of time & they get the chance to say reject. Joke part is that they are communicating to world that all old disease get covered after certain period which is trap line to get customer.They have fools people sit in customer care which may ask same queries multiple time which in turn make you tired and encourage to drop cashless claim idea.Really worst & disappointing upto now.
