I have Family floater policy with ICICI Lombard for 4 years and it is due for renewal next month. I wanted to use "Free Health Check Coupon" and called TPA - TTK Healthcare Services Pvt Ltd. They were unable to recognize policy number and even the health card number which is 160xxxx/01.
They said the card number shall start from an alphabet. When I called ICICI Lombard call center, they said a new policy needs to be issued with correct policy number & new cards as well and it takes 21 days. That means ICICI Lombard does not track online policies issued by them and does not value customer who buy policies online! Shocking!
Not expected from India's #1 private General Insurance player!!! Remember what ICICI did to existing home loan customers by charging the highest interest rates when the market was running low in 2008-2009. They are here just to make money and nothing else. Keep away from them.
