I have paid health sheild 360 may 18th 2023. After I downloaded ILTAKECARE app to add my policy.
After one week I am trying add my policy in ILTAKECARE app unable to add. I called customer care they said no policy on your name I have given my proposal number and payment reference number she said your policy got rejected I will take request to reason for cancellation wait for two days. No one called me. Again I called two days back asking my money back again taking the request wait for 7 working days. Evening I have received message from icici Lombard Resolved : Refund of INR 14325.00/-for Health policy no. 2530106555, 2530141550 has been credited as on 13-Jun-2023. Bank transaction reference number is 0. Team ICICI Lombard
WITHOUT BANK TRANSACTIONS REFERENCE NUMBER SENT MESSAGE
Again I called customer service they said we have processed your refund amount I said I have received message not amount she said wait for 7 working days we will check and update to you. I have sent emails to customersup@icicilombard.com not received proper response. After multiple follow ups my amount received.
