The sweet talking sales person talked of cashless transactions. Cashless it was not and even after paying cash and presenting all documents that to of Apollo Hospitals the cheat company asked for more documents like the internal hospital memos etc. which the hospital was not in a position to give.So my claim of over Rs 1.00 lakh was turned down. I have decided to take them to court and is the process of finalising the case with my lawyers.
Please DO NOT get carried away by their sales people promising you the moon-the fact is you will not anything if the amount is big. Revert back to our trusted Indian companies-they take time but they deliver.And at the time when you require him most the agent would be gone like he did in my case. ICICI Lomard Health Insurance is a disgrace to the Insurance fraternity and their partners in crime TTK is worse.I regret the day I decided to buy their product for our whole family paying a fab. amount as premium.
