It is worst customer experience, while I purchase they said all claim made in onsite. When I made a claim they said I have to send the hard copy to India. Finally I got approval to do online as my claim amount is less.
I made a claim Jan 2017 and the travel got completed for my visitors.
When I ask the status of my claim ICICI told your policy is end, so not able process. I told them I made claim before it got end. Finally some one sent a mail says that it got approved on Jun 29(after 6 months) . But the amount is not credited on my account, when I checked with them again they responded on Jul 25 and intimate that my claim is declined due to missing documents. The mail does not mentioned anything about which document.
If it missing how initially they are said it got approved.
Just$71 they making these many drama, Please plan your purchase.
It is worst choice to choose ICICI.
I could rate ICICI for zero customer satisfaction. Is there any negative value that is what my preferred one for this service.
