I have proposed a health insurance for my mom on 1st April (believe me it was not intented to be a APRIL FOOL - but now it seems so)
Till date I have not received any policy and umpteem times I have called and also e-mailed the Agency Manager Mr Ajay Shah of ICICI Lombard General Ins co at Ahmedabad but everytime he promises nothing happens. Till date I am following up personally as well as through the agent through which I bought this policy. The agency company has also called him many times as well as e-mailed him. But till date the policy has not seen the light of day yet. Any suggestions, as to how such a company should be brought down to its knees for the sake of customer satisfaction?

Meanwhile I have also recommended friends and relatives to ICICI Lombard and I am afraid there have been travel policies also. Now I have to pray to God that these policies should not have claims. What say?
