Recently my bike met with an accident. immediately I given my bike to show room and I asked them to claim for insurance, they immediately got claim id as MOTO3209839..
But after getting the claim id, 3 days are gone, but nobody came to survey my vehicle. Then I called to help line. They told me that they do not know anything about the claim and they do not want to come to survey.
This shows the worst claim process of icici lombard. every executive icici lombard spoke rudely, as they have to pay some claim money.
I already dropped my health insurance with icici lombard, And now, I want to drop bike insurance next time.
