I bought a second hand i20 diesel after selling my ford figo. On the second year of ford figo I subscribed their services however when I claimed for something they never settled my claim.
Now when I purchased this car unfortunately previous owner had icici lombard insurance, for that reason I left with no other option other then continuing with icici. Now its been 1mnth and 15days that I got RC transferred to me.
And m chasing icici like hell to transfer policy under my name. Initially they asked me to send some required documents to their Maharashtra head office allong with a cheque of Rs59.00, which I did but still m chasing through email but still m not getting results out of it.
Every time I email them to remind about my case they simply reply'We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. It is unfortunate that, despite our good intentions, you have had to undergo some discomfiture.
Please treat this incident as an exceptional occurrence and not as an indication of our service levels. Please give us more days to address your concerns." And it has been 1 month that am dealing with them.
So beware of them before subscribing to their any insurance policy. There is no option to mark them ZERO otherwise I would not give them even one STAR.
