Product: Personal Protect Policy. This is regarding policy number 4111/MPC/92105762/00/000. At the time of introducing the policy, I was told by the representative from ICICI Lombard that "If there is no claim then the entire amount would be refunded to me".
But, when I got the policy related documents, the same was not mentioned there. Meanwhile, an EMI of Rs 800(tax+interest) for 1 year was started on my credit card (ICICI credit card). I raised my voice regarding this issue (I would like to term it as Fraud/Cheating) to the bank, but, to my utter surprise they are not willing to give me proper resolution to the problem.
There are couple of mail exchanges(COMPLAINT NUMBER ICICILom:2014083001917). Also, with the telephonic conversations that occurred between me and ICICI Lomabard representative accepted that it was a mistake from their end.
However, they are adamant enough to not to refund my ENTIRE MONEY(without any cancellation fee). Therefore, I strongly and humbly hoping that either I would be given service as I was told or I would get each and every penny that has been deducted till now from my credit card at the earliest.
