Hello friends I am sushant kumar banerjee and I am, sharing this review on icici lombard auto insurance. my uncle is bought a insurance for his bike and same time request for origanal copy of insurance and they said ok we will send.but they dont send till now and now inurance is over. and after buying the insurance after 7 months mu uncle suffring from accident with the bike.and in showroom gives bill of rs3500 and he will claim for the insurance and gives all necessory details and they said that a surveyor will go and check. and we said ok. but their surveyor will not come and when I call her he aid me that he will come but not come after 3 days he will come and checked and go and after that they only delay to giving claim. and after 2 weeks my uncle and a friend of her will go to headoffice and talked with them with very badly. and after that they are gives the claim. and I think that its a bike if a car insurance they gives than what they work for claim because car have more cost from bike.
I never reccommend this insurance.
