Applied for claim on 20th June'2016 ICICILom:2016062200576, ICICI Lombard have sent mail within stating within 14 working days the claim amount will be settled and its more than
one month but till date the amount not yet settled. Everytime their team members keep writing mail to me stating the claim is under process, really do not know when the claim amount will be credited to my bank account. While taking for insurance they follow up like anything and the amount also get debited immediately but to release the claims they takes more than one month also.
