I have taken brand new maruti swift in the year 2016 and for its insurance I trusted icici but honestly speaking its a blunder which I made they make the whole process very hectic f tor me plus a guy praveen should retrained by icici in terms of handling customers. overall pathetic response plus they dont deserve for trust.
if you are busy and can't take claims every month so beware because if your car dent is one month old according to Mr. Praveen is not being claimed. he inspect the whole car but when I ask about certain things then he agrees to re inspect it thank you sooo much for this such an idiot hired by good co. but now what to say they lost me and atleadst 10-15 family members of mine in terms of any policy they offers.
