ICICI General Insurance has a variety of products but the automobile insurance looks lucrative. They have a wide range of services in the insurance like no deposit claim, roadside assistance, travel allowances till vehicle repairs etc. The plans are of Good rates and yearly premiums are not a burden. The only problem faced with icici general insurance is their claims and settlement. Their customer service personnel are very rigid and don't try to understand the customers view points. They just reject claims I made. They work slowly leading to more time wastage and problems. I had to finally write to the government to resolve my issue and make a claim. Their manager then sent me a message that my claim is approved and I can give my bike for repairing. The company has a great insurance plan but the customer service and claims settlement is not up to the mark.
