I am the existing customer of ICICI Lombard two wheeler insurance. In July 2015 my insurance is come to expire, I was receive an update on my mail to renew my policy online. I am just visit website and easily renew my policy. They provide hard copy of my policy at my register mailing address within 2 week. After this last two month ago my bike was damaged by accident and Visor and Headlamp are totally damaged. Somebody give me suggestion to claim insurance. Next day I got a call from survey agent and I drop my bike on authorised dealer and after one day they give my repaired bike. I pay my bill and submitted the document for claim. Within 4 days claim money is credited into my bank account. Thanks ICICI to provide such a fast and convenient insurance service.
