Hi,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I got Windsheild replaced in my car (Make: Alto) on 19/11/2010 from Windsheild experts (Address: 4/29 A Sahibabad ind area Ghaziabad. Phone for Rs4980.
My insurance policy is from ICICI Lombard and I was told that my insurace claim cheque would reach me within 3-4 working days. But I got the cheque after 40 days. and following were the errors
The cheque was not in my name but in "Windsheild's" name.
The amount of cheque was 1000Rs less than what was committed.
Even after mailing and calling them, I never got any response.
The response that they finally gave, said that it was a cashless transaction ( I have the email to prove that). Such in the non-professionalism of ICICI.
They are not willing to accept their mistake either.
Friends, please stay away from them. There are other good insurance companies. My experience with Iffo Tokio was wonderful a couple of years back and now I have decided
Not to renew my car insurance from ICICI.
Not to renew my family health insurance from ICICI.
Most of my friends on twitter are doing the same.
Please pour in your comments and I shall email to the ICICI to make them realise the implicit losses they have incurred because of bad services (and trust me these guys brag a lot about there services and that's why their rates are always higher than other organisations).
