Apply home loan to ICICI Bank only if you are applying a loan of more that 50 lakhs otherwise you are an unimportant person and they are not interested in your case at all.
My best friend was trying to get a home loan of 13 lakhs, his papers complete, he was fully illegible for loan but still the person who was doing his job was not at all responding properly.
We had to submit few papers twice and few even thrice and only we use to follow him up, he use to never call, Valuation of the proper was done in 30 days or so. disbursement was suppose to be dont in 10-15 days but after 45 days my friend got fedup and changed the bank to some other bank.
So ICICI Bank says its your job so you follow by and we are not interested in SMALL loans.
