Do not take home loan from ICICI bank especially from Koramangala branch Bangalore. The people who are sitting in 3rd floor are there to only cheat people and they helpless when you have problems with builder or anything related to home loan. We(10 people) had taken loan from ICICI and they did not verify the documents which builder had provided and also taken bribes from builder and approved the loan.
Actually builder had taken loan from different bank before selling all these flat s and he mortgaged all these flats to different bank . Even ICICI is aware of this and still they had given to US. Now builder had stopped EMI to bank. so bank had given legal notice to all owners who had taken loan from ICICI. So one flat they are 2 loans now.
One is builders loan from one bank and customer loan from ICICI, Now ICICI is not all helping customers who had taken loan from them. simply they are ignoring all customers and even not allowing to enter 3rd floor of koramangala. Every one in ICICI are fraud team.even in MG road also helpless. the people who had taken loan from ICICI are suffering so I would suggest do not approach ICICI people for home loan at all. Koramangala branch home loan department is doing job to take bribes and cheat people only.
