We had foreclosed our Home loan taken from ICICI on 4.8.084 and the full loan amount including recovery for the month of August, 08 plus a service charges of 2.25% on the o.s. loan amount and the amount was promptly debited by the bank on August, 8.8.08. '
Our monthly auto debit is 10th of and we were promised that the auto debit will not be effected. And lo despite of the tall claims by ICICI and despite of so much on line communication being shared by the Bank and all over the word the auto debit took place on l0th of August.08.
My loan No.being LBCHE00001285586. On inquiry from the bank over phone (phone banking absolutely useless) we were given to understand that credit will be afforded before the month end which of course was not done. However on further inquiry we were given to understand that there is some system problem and the same will be attended. However there was not further communication from the Bank.
However the bank had given us the NOC promptly indicating that they have no further any charge on the property. However today when we spoke to the bank over phone we were informed that the credit should have been effected and they will revert after eight days and credit will be effected within 8 days. Will the ICICI which charges 2.25% for foreclosure on OS loan pay me interest charges for the defaulted period. The same thing happened to our car loan which was foreclosed. Do you want us to understand that these problems will continue to exist in spite of fantastic improvement in computer technology and online communication and what not or are they really gimmicks?
