I had taken a home loan in 2004 tenure 10 years(8.5% Interest). I have completed my tenure and paid all my emi's correctly and confirmed by local branch on Sep 2015. They have informed NOC will be sent by their master branch at Mumbai in few weeks. And I was happy that I have completed my housing loan.
Then here comes the Fraudster ICICI, few weeks later I have received a notice from ICICI bank asking me to pay the pending EMI from October else they will take action against me with the help of . They are now telling me my loan has not closed as the percent of interest has changed in between and it is(16%). And they are asking me to pay the emi to another 7 years, till 2021.
Terrible! Since I was paying everything correctly and was believed the information’s from local ICICI branch. ICICI bank will not give you proper information and nobody in the banks knows(complete fraud). From the top level they mastermind the cheating plans and implement. Oh my dear friends don’t be a customer of ICICI.
