Im having home loan with ICICI bank for past 6 years. I taken loan amount for 30lakhs at 10.25% promised floating interest rate. But after 6 years the interest rate is as high as 14%. Iam facing tough in handling the EMI. The customer service is good in getting the tax certificate online or forecloser statements through nearst bank. When read the foreclosure statement is shows that amount I need to pay is still the same as the beginning. Its ridiculous! But, I want to switch to either SBI ro LIC. Which is the better bank in terms of promised floating rates.
