Poorest bank in terms of customer service, professionalism and ethics. Real fraud as they tried to gulp my Rs.40, 000 and never ever communicated anything about that money until I discovered it while filing IT return and now I have moved to consumer court to get my money back.I will suggest to opt for any but never this Bank because later you have to seek services of lawyer and court to resolve the issues as they have a defunct appellate authority almost non-existent.
