After reading the reviews of the ICICI home loan product decided not to go for ICICI home loan;
Thanks for all the reviews;
I called ICICI agent and asked few questions about Home Loan; One of the most important is here
Q1: Do I need to pay any charge to REDUCE the home loan RATE OF INTEREST, even after RBI decrease the RATE OF INTEREST?
A: YES, Customer needs to pay Around 3000 or some% amount in order to reduce the Home loan RATE OF INTEREST.
Q2: Do I need to pay any charge to INCREASE the home loan RATE OF INTEREST, even after RBI INCREASE the RATE OF INTEREST?
A: NO, System will automatically caluculate and increase the RATE OF INTEREST!
Question related to 1 & 2 -?
How come RATE OF INTEREST is automatically calculated when increased and why not when decreased?
SMART, FRAUD, NON-SENCE answer IS.
System glitch., System error., icici cant decrease the RATE OF INTEREST without user approval(Where as they increase RATE OF INTEREST without user approval); Its the business ethics of only ICICI bank;
NOW DECIDE UR SELF TO TAKE LOAN OR NOT.
