I feel this review is:
I had opened saving account few years back. But I had not received satisfied services from the bank. The customer related services are very poor. The said things are not implemented when the time comes. The service which was said is not given when I was in need of it. Despite of being a popular bank, I had not given a satisfied answer. So I had decided to quit the banking services. According to me it is the bank with poor customer relationship. The rate of maintaining the minimum balance is too high. I am completely disaggred with the bank.
