I had preclosed a car loan for which the bank was to send me a No Objection Certificate to my residence by courier. On 16th July 2016 I got an sms that Blue Dart Courier was unable to deliver the document vide AWB 44338359133 . Again today I got another sms stating the same AWB was not delivered due to Incomplete or short address. Will anybody believe that ICICI bank gives car finance without ascertaining the address?
I hope you will take it to the common man that icici has an excellent sales team which makes all promises while dispensing loans and seeking deposits but the Customer Service dept is pathetic . Further this department is spoiling the image of this great bank .
