I have been a customer of ICICI since 2 years and took personal loan of 3.5 Lacs from JB nagar, Andheri Branch at Mumbai.
After deducting access fees of Rs 10K, they provided 3.4 lacs of personal loan with 19% interest. Afterpaying EMI's for 1 year without any delay, I requested for Foreclosure of outstanding amount of Rs 2.5 lacs but I was asked to pay Rs 15000 for pre-closure.
I agreed to pay the foreclosure amount and requested the staff at the branch to give sometime like 15 days to arrange the additional money for pre-closure but they don't seem to listen.
Things which I have learned from ICICI is that they just care about DAMN money and nothing else.
EVERYONE PLZ QUIT YOUR ICICI LOAN ACCOUNT AND MOVE IT OTHER GOVT BANKS. ICICI BANK IS A
MONSTER WHICH FEEDS ON YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND DRAIN OUT YOUR BANK BALANCE IN FORM OF SO & SO TAXES, FEES, CHARGES. IT TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE ANIMALS.
IF ANY STUPID SALES EXECUTIVE AT ANY BRANCH OF ICICI ASKS YOU TO APPLY FOR LOAN, PLZ REFUSE AND TELL HIM TO MIND HIS OWN BUSINESS. TRY AT GOVT BANKS. ICICI BANK IS FILLED WITH MORONS.
