Hello Friends,
I live in Kolkata and holding a saving account with this bank since 8 years. I know private banks are costlier than PSU banks but among the private banking space this bank is one of the best bank in India. You can do almost all your banking online smartly and no need to visit the bank often. Their charges are very competitive. Most importantly they have ATM's across the city and everywhere. They take care of every customer very seriously and resolve your issue promptly.
Customer service agents are well trained and guides you properly but the only thing is their phone banking need some improvement otherwise I would definitely recommend banking with this bank.
