Never take icici credit card. Review on ICICI Bank

Never ever take icici credit card. As long things are going fine its good but then suddenly they will charge you for something u never purchased and u will not get yr bill in time. You pay the amount anyway knowing yr expenditure through the card but it will be less than the billed amount. As they have charged u for something u never purchased like they will suddenly decide to charge u for your card or add on card which came and they claimed were absolutely free but you have not read between the lines as bank reserves the right to charge u for yr free card or they will charge some service charges on something.

So beware!!And once you have paid even a rupee less than the total billed amount you will end up paying interest on the entire amount billed and it will go on increasing as they will charge u interest on any purchase u make during the current month. So its multiplying and u don't know how.

Finally when u speak to them about all this they may withdraw the extra amount charged to you in the bill but you still have to pay the interest levied because of that now they will u send u a form to address your complaint which u have to fill giving al the details. However they may reject it saying that the dispute form was not received by the office within stipulated time or not received at all. Mind you the bank only sends the form to you and sends it after 15- 20 you requested for the same. If at all the form is received and accepted by the bank. They will take 2 to three months minimum to tell u the status of the case.

And the decision will never be in your favour. You will always end up paying extra amount.. So never go for icici credit card or account in icici bank.
