I am a savings bank holder of the NP branch of the bank. The que for withdrawals are longer than those seen at a public setor bank, reflecting on the poor operations control in the bank. They also liberally dispense soiled and torn notes at the teller and have the impunity to tell customers who protest to take a hike.
The front office desk has very tired and forlorn faces that look at you not as a customer but a piece of crap that has fallen out of Mars. Extremely poor and rude customer relations is all I have to say for a premier Indian bank. It is at times like this that I am ashamed to be an Indian.
HDFC Bank is a far superior bank in all these respects.
If any senior person from the ICICI bank cares to improve service and wants some people specific feedback I am willing to be contacted . Until then people avoid frustration there are many good options available ( even SBI is much better than ICICI) Are you listening Mr. Kamat???????
