I feel this review is:
I AM A CUSTOMER OF ICICI BANK FROM 2010 AND ALSO USED FEW OTHER SERVICES LIKE ICICI DIRECT ACCOUNT OF DEMAT ACCOUNT. THE BRANCH IS SITUATED IN FRONT OF MY SHOP IN MODINAGAR BUT ALWAYS WHEN I HAVE VISITED THEIR TO DEPOSIT MONEY THEY TAKE TOO MUCH TIME EVEN 4-5 PEOPLE THERE . MOSTLY THEIR ATM NOT WORKING PROPERLY BECAUSE OF WHICH FEW OF OUR CUSTOMERS NOT ABLE TO BUY THE PRODUCT SAME DAY. THEIR STAFF IS ALSO NOT SO MUCH SUPPORTIVE. I THINK THEY ARE HERE ONLY FOR SUPER RICH CUSTOMERS NOT FOR AVERAGE CUSTOMERS.
