The cash was not dispensed and retracted due to technical error or beginning of new financial year but the SMS showed you got money .I got bit confused and utterly flummoxed.The same uncanny phenomenon repeated.But after calling at customer care I knew as money was not dispensed in the same way no deduction was made .Then why did the sms show me that and put me in trouble .Therefore they have scope to improve .They have goof number of ATM.
