I was an aredent fan of ICICI bank until I met these guys from Selpoint-Richmond road. These are the people who are used by ICICI to outsource their personal loans.
I have applied through a representative who was very presentable initially and was coming on time for the documents. Then the problem started its been more than 2 weeks that these people have promised me to get the loan just 1lakhs of rupees.
Till now selpoint representative misses my calls and doesn't let me know the status.
I do not know how ICICI bank can pick these people for corporate customers. They do not even know that we do bad mouth everywhere on the internet if the service is not proper.
I am actually planning to go to consumer court taking the issue. This is too much pain and if you are really in a hurry I do not recommend ICICI instead please try Stan chartered bank though they take 1% more but it is worth it for the service you get.
