RBI should band this icici bank. This bank is not good for public or not good for business people whomever dealing with banks recoveries with icici bank like (Agencies which are taken for Sales & Recovery). They know how to remove work from them and they will not pay for that work. Since from last six months ICICI bank are not paying the payment for agencies.
When they are asking for payment the managers are talking about removing the agency. And they also doing such things like this putting bad impression to the head office regarding agencies and removing. I do no about other states I am from hyderabad.
Especially these cases are going in hyderabad, saifabad branch this people playing all dirty games and indirectly they are taking commission from the agencies and from loan taken customers to leave their accounts. Its whole icici bank problem or its one or two states problem I do no. But here the branch people telling this is problem with head office we can't do anything.
I request RBI to cancell ICICI Bank licence and take necessary action
