If anyone wants to know what is the meaning of Nightmare, Horrible, Blackhole... better start an account with ICICI. When I started account with ICICI, I thought... Wow what a great bank with so much technology... I started recommending all souls I know....you know what, I did not know that day is going to be my Black day. King of blunders.
Having relationship with ICICI through ICICI Bank, ICICI Prudential, ICICI Lombard, ICICI Direct.... I think I can say very well about this Blackhole Bank. It is one of the unethical bank that do practice all sort of tricks and gimmicks anyone can not even think of for siphoning out its customers money. So called Mafia too can not match with these Blackhole bank, which exists and do all in a corporate disguise.
Like blackhole this takes away all that comes to or near it in the name of Charges.
You know what?... If you want to punish someone and if you know their account number you can keep depositing 1 rupee in to their account from some other branch. ICICI will be the happiest bank to accept your 1 rupee with thanks coz immediately on a Cash deposit, it strips 150 + service charge of nearly Rs. 170.00 from its "Valuble Account Holder" for each cash deposit. You do this for 100 times and ICICI will become richer by nearly 17000.00 and the account holder soon become pauper. ICICI Employees may feel proud of this Charge if someone tries this on their account.
Depositing cash into ones account attracts penality then for what to have an Account with a Bank. Correct me if I am wrong.
Shame on this Bank .... it took nearly 6 months just to change address of its account holder
Shame on this Bank.... it made all its customer lose lakhs of rupees due its worst Online Share trading system
Shame on this Bank.... it send all sort of SMS except for quarterly average balance and wait to strip nearly 800.00 buck from the account holder
Shame on this Bank... it disable autosweep facility without your consent and make your money idle with no or very less interest
Shame on this Bank.... it updates the share price only every 30 seconds in the fast moving Share Market... coz they have technical issue with their servers
.... many many shames....
We can wake up sleeping ... but not the one who act sleeping
Now I feel very ashamed of having relationship with ICICI..... I will soon correct this mistake atleast to have peace of mind and save my remaining amount.
All the ratings about this bank given by members (except fake members who work for ICICI or sponsored or those who really do not operate or new account holder) itself show the true color of this bank.
