We had opened Corporate a/c with ICICI Bank. The relationship manager who came to us for opening a/c misguided us and didn't inform in black & white.
They charged us Rs. 25 / month as Physical Statement charge ...... this was informed us that it will be free ( like other banks )
Mobile Alerts were started without our concent & Rs. 25/month was charged ...... we had not asked for this service than also !
It was informed that if we want to convert it into regular current a/c afterwards then Rs. 500 will be charged ........ now we have learnt that if we don't give high export remittance then they charge us Rs. 1200 / every 3 months ...... complete lie from Rs. 500 of one time conversion to regular a/c within a year time
The purpose of a/c opening for Export Remittance was not achieved for 2 months as we were not provided with AD Code No. of the bank branch despite requests 2 -3 times. this is worst than any Govt. bank ......... ICICI Bank's service sucks completely
We had given papers for ForexOnline software for online conversion of Export Remittance into Indian Rs. by us anytime. ... This is still not received despite more than 2 months ....again louzy sarkari babu type service
ICICI Bank seems to be complete bunch of liers , musguiders and `day time robbers'. I never encountered such type of bank and their worst service.
They even want to charge Rs. 550 as a/c closing charge .They are worst sucker really.I strongly recommand anyone not to open a/c with them. They want to charge much more than their private bank competitor and provide the WORST SERVICE than Govt. bank.
