I have been a customer of ICICI bank since 2000. Even though ICICI bank offices are well furnished and maintained, its banking services are questionable. I had opened a current account with them and I was charged Rs. 4000 unexplained charges in my account for consecutive months.
When I asked the ICICI bank officials about the reason for charges, they had no answer. They further went on to say that these charges are non-reversible which meant I could not claim my money back.
All their charges are much higher compared to public sector banks and their customer service is also not upto the mark.
I would not recommend this bank to anyone as this bank does not tell why a customer is being charged and their charges seem to tax customers for their own profit.
