ICICI Bank:
I am victim of deficient service provided by ICIC Bank. Even though money is there in account cheques (Rs 350+Rs150) was bounced from account. I don’t accept the term lin there was no loan the money was lying in same account holding by icicidirect.com. This is not a loan, the check could have been cleared as money was present in the account.
HSBC Bank:
Once the cheque was presented in HSBC Bank, MG Road. My account was not having sufficient fund, I get a call from Bank there is cheque presented of this amount, please fund in another two hours OR your cheque will bounce. I transferred money immediately from the other accounts and cheque was cleared.
If you are in my place where you will like to continue your relationship. Please avoid ICICI Bank at all the cost. They think solving your problem. They think how can they make money. Bouncing check is criminal offence and Bank did it even I had money in my account.
Please avoid icici bank. I am 7 year old account holder after this incident i am going to close all the relationship.
